Order Cancellations
Every Ruglabb order is custom cut and made just for you. Because of that, cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours after your order is placed.
To cancel an order, email us at support@ruglabb.com with your order number. Once the 24-hour window passes, production has already begun and we’re unable to cancel or issue a refund.
Refunds & Exchanges
All Ruglabb products are made-to-order — no pre-made inventory or off-the-shelf items. That means we can only offer a refund if your order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, all sales are final unless the product qualifies under our Limited Warranty. We do not accept exchanges since each rug is custom-created to your specifications.
Unclaimed Orders
If your rug is ready for delivery and we don’t hear back from you within 30 days of our delivery notice, your order may be considered forfeited. After that point, Ruglabb reserves the right to dispose of or donate the item without further notice or refund.
Limited Warranty
What’s Covered
Every rug purchased through www.ruglabb.com is backed by a 30-day Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship — when used in an indoor, non-commercial setting.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient within the United States and is not transferable to future owners.
If your product is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, Ruglabb will, at our discretion:
- Repair or replace the defective product, or
- Offer a partial or full refund (minus shipping costs)
If the same product is no longer available, we may replace it with a comparable item of equal value.
This warranty covers your product for the longer of:
- 30 days from delivery of the replacement, or
- The remaining portion of the original 30-day warranty period.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs by anyone other than Ruglabb
- Damage from pets, moisture, or outdoor exposure
- Normal wear and tear (including natural fading or texture change)
- Accidents, spills, or external events (floods, fire, etc.)
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, email support@ruglabb.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- The product name
- A brief description and clear photos of the issue
Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.
Legal Notice
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Certain exclusions may not apply depending on your jurisdiction.
