Shipping Policy


Order Processing

Every Ruglabb rug is custom cut and made-to-order. Once your order is placed, production begins within 24 hours. Because of this, processing and preparation times may vary depending on size, materials, and design.

Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 10–14 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your rug leaves our facility.

Shipping Times

Delivery timelines depend on your location and carrier availability. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility. Rural or remote areas may require additional time.

We currently ship within the continental United States. International shipping will be available soon.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your rug. Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your rug ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow your delivery in real time. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us immediately at support@ruglabb.com. Include your order number and photos if applicable — our team will work quickly to make it right.

Ruglabb is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, the carrier will typically hold your package for a short period before returning it to us. Once received, we’ll reach out to coordinate reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
